2010 Annual Performance Report: Instructor Led Training
This report outlines the performance results of RDPC's Instructor Led Training (ILT) courses for deliveries that occurred during calendar year 2010 (January 1–December 31, 2010). For each course, the report provides results of the Level 1 course evaluation forms as well as statistics and graphical displays presenting the number of deliveries and students trained, impacted states, attrition rate, and average pre- and post-test scores.

MGT 335 Level 3 Evaluation Report
In 2009, RDPC implemented a post‐training evaluation program to evaluate the training effectiveness of its courses. The purpose of the program is to measure the transfer in behavior that has occurred in the participant due to his/her completion of the training course. In addition, the program will assess whether the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) that each participant acquires via the training course are being applied in the daily work setting of the participant.
