2010 Annual Performance Report: Instructor Led Training

This report outlines the performance results of RDPC's Instructor Led Training (ILT) courses for deliveries that occurred during calendar year 2010 (January 1–December 31, 2010). For each course, the report provides results of the Level 1 course evaluation forms as well as statistics and graphical displays presenting the number of deliveries and students trained, impacted states, attrition rate, and average pre- and post-test scores.

MGT 335 Level 3 Evaluation Report

In 2009, RDPC implemented a post‐training evaluation program to evaluate the training effectiveness of its courses. The purpose of the program is to measure the transfer in behavior that has occurred in the participant due to his/her completion of the training course. In addition, the program will assess whether the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) that each participant acquires via the training course are being applied in the daily work setting of the participant. 3rd Annual National RuralEmergency Preparedness Summit - Final Report

The Annual National Rural Emergency Preparedness Summit
is the second foundation from which specific training needs
are identified that are subsequently developed into fully certified
courses. The Summit serves as a forum in which rural
emergency responders can provide specific feedback to RDPC in
terms of training needs and other relevant topics (i.e. outreach

Training Needs Survey of Rural Public Safety and Maritime Personnel - 2010

Established in 2005 by Congress, the Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium (RDPC) develops and delivers all‐hazards preparedness training to rural communities across America. The mission of RDPC is to coordinate the development and delivery of preparedness training in support of rural homeland security requirements and facilitate relevant information sharing.
