Event Security Planning Tool
The Event Security Planning (ESP) Tool, a job aid provided for participants of MGT 335: Event Security Planning for Public Safety Professionals, will allow users to collect, input, review and report information regarding security plans for special events to be held in their area. The software generates a basic security plan based on user input of details of the event and the resources available. The plan can be further tailored and integrated into other reports related to the event.
NIMS Incident Resource Inventory System (IRIS)
The National Integration Center (NIC) Incident Management Systems Integration (IMSI) Division is supporting the development of a database management tool for Federal, State, local, and tribal officials, which will be available to them at no cost. The software will allow emergency responders to enter typed resources and select specific resources for mutual aid purposes based upon mission requirements, capability of resources, and response time.
