Mr. Stephen C. Miller is an instructor with North Carolina Central University, an academic partner of the RDPC.
Mr. Miller is a lecturer, consultant and widely recognized expert in the areas of international and domestic terrorism. From 1979 to 2005, he served as a special agent with the United States Government. Following the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, he was assigned full time to the Federal Bureau of Investigation Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), where he helped stand up the JTTF in Raleigh, NC. Mr. Miller has served as a special agent/criminal investigator with the United States Department of Defense from 1985 to 2005, conducting complex investigations concerning “white collar” crime and contract fraud. He also served as a special agent with the United States Department of Transportation’s Office of the Inspector General.
