Mr. DeEll Fifield is a master instructor with NorthWest Arkansas Community College, an academic partner of the RDPC.
Mr. Fifield has nearly 30 years of experience in the area of emergency preparedness. He has a bachelor of science degree in geology and a master of science degree in urban and regional planning. He began his career working for the state of Utah as an emergency preparedness planner, bureau chief for plans and mitigation, emergency response plan coordinator and program coordinator for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Most recently he was employed as a program manager with Utah’s Hazardous Materials Section, Division of Homeland Security. Mr. Fifield resides in Fruit Heights, Utah.
