Rural Isolation and Quarantine for Public Health and Healthcare Professionals
Four hour, performance-level, instructor-led course designed to follow the prerequisite course, MGT 433 Isolation and Quarantine for Rural Communities. This course expands on concepts introduced in MGT 433, and consists of two customized training modules specifically tailored toward course participants in the public health and medical fields. In this module, participants will become familiar with guidance that assists communities in planning for isolation and quarantine (I&Q), such the National Response Framework and its implications in the healthcare community. Participants will be introduced to actions public health and medical facility planners should consider when planning for I&Q.
PLEASE NOTE: The MGT-433 and PER-308 courses are being offered together on the same day. The MGT-433 course is a prerequisite for, and is held in conjunction with, PER-308.
MGT-433 will be conducted from 8:00 am - 12:30 pm. PER-308 will be conducted from 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm.
In addition to registering for this PER-308 course, you must also register for the MGT-433 course separately.
All participants must register by Jan. 21, 2019, 5 p.m. to ensure their spot in the course.
